چکیده
Background: The finite element method (FEM) is expected to be one of the most effective computational tools for measuring stress on implant-supported restorations. This study was designed using 3D-FEM evaluate effect two adhesive luting types cement occlusal and deformation a hybrid crown cemented mono-implant. Materials Method: mono-screw STL file imported into CAD/CAM system library from database supported by De-Tech Implant Technology. assist in accurate reproduction details design simulated implant abutment. Virtually, digital an abutment screw. A minimum thickness 1mm marginal fitting 1.2mm intended. An 80µm interface this study’s purposes applied U-Cem Premium 3M RelyXTm adhesives. FEA software meshed tetrahedral elements. Two three-dimensional models were under different loads 200N, 400N, 600N, 800N, 1000N, 1200N, 1400N. Results: results showed that ceramic attached mono-implant with each exhibited comparable strain. However, amount distortion less when RelyX used. Conclusion: Overall, it advisable use up 1400N load.

Cement-retained versus screw-retained implant restorations: a critical review.
This article presents a comparison of screw-retained and cement-retained implant prostheses based on the literature. The advantages, disadvantages, and limitations of the 2 different types of restorations are discussed, because it is important to understand the influence of the attachment mechanism on many clinical aspects of implant dentistry. Several factors essential to the long-term success...
متن کاملA simple procedure for retrieval of a cement-retained implant-supported crown: a case report.
Retrieval of cement-retained implant prostheses can be more demanding than retrieval of screw-retained prostheses. This case report describes a simple and predictable procedure to locate the abutment screw access openings of cementretained implant-supported crowns in cases of fractured ceramic veneer. A conventional periapical radiography image was captured using a digital camera, transferred t...
متن کاملMarginal Fit Metal-Ceramic and In-Ceram Single Crown Cement retained in Implant-supported Abutments.
INTRODUCTION This study evaluated the cervical fit of cemented metal-ceramic and In-Ceram implant-supported crowns, before and after the cementing procedure. MATERIALS AND METHODS Twenty crowns cemented on implant abutments are divided into two groups (n = 10): Group 1 -cemented metal-ceramic crowns and group 2 - cemented In-Ceram crowns. The marginal adaptations before and after cementation ...
متن کاملScrew retained vs. cement retained implant-supported fixed dental prosthesis.
A fixed dental prosthesis can be secured to an endosseous implant via cementation (using a provisional or definitive cement) on an implant abutment that is screw retained to the implant or directly in the implant via screw retention. The clinical decision as to which retention system best suits the individual patient depends on several factors. The aim of this review is to present a detailed ov...
متن کاملReplacement of A Mandibular Molar with Implant Retained Single Crown
Among various challenges to restore a single tooth implant in the posterior region of the oral cavity is the creation of harmonious gingival contour beneath the restoration and near the abutment –gingiva interface so as not to allow plaque accumulation within this inaccessible zone. Deficiencies in the soft or hard tissue in the edentulous space are usually the most common obstacles to achieve ...
